What you're getting. Each report is a single digital document — a downloadable PDF that gives a condensed, plain-English summary of a public company's SEC filing. Walter is currently in free Beta: every available Walter10K Report is free, and paid memberships are not open. Planned post-Beta options are described on our membership page; joining that waitlist creates no subscription and costs nothing today. You are receiving the summary document only; you are not buying the underlying securities, any advisory service, or any ongoing subscription.

Delivery. Reports are delivered as an instant digital download. Most reports are delivered within hours, and we guarantee delivery within 24 hours of a completed purchase. If you have not received your report within that window, email info@the10kreport.com and we'll get it to you right away.

Refund policy. Because reports are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the report has been delivered or downloaded. That said, we stand behind the product: if your file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact us at info@the10kreport.com within 14 days and we will repair the issue or, at our discretion, issue a refund. We do not offer refunds simply because a report's findings, conclusions, or commentary did not match your expectations.

Personal-use license. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the report for your own informational and educational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share, or post the report or its contents — in whole or in part — without our prior written permission. All reports, artwork, and the Walter character remain the property of The 10-K Report.

Pricing & changes. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but changes will not affect a purchase already completed. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
